If it have been my home….I’d either tear it out and begin over, or, at the very least, set up continuous foam over what’s there, then body a wall in front of that. Or do I have to tear down and glue xps directly to blick wall than frame. My query is can I go away that wall and body a new wall in entrance of it and use batt insulation to extend r worth.
